The owner and CEO is Leticia Latrice Barrett. She is originally from Minneapolis, MN and relocated to Phoenix, AZ in 2010. She is a multi-talented woman with a passion to help others through her knowledge and experience. She is an intelligent, educated woman with a Bachelor's degree in Management from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. She has a Master's degree in  Business Administration(M.B.A.) and also a Master's in Management from National American University.

Leticia Latrice is certified and qualified! She has an extensive background in management, sales, marketing, finance, banking, financial aid, insurance, financial planning, tax preparation, event planning, project management and customer service.

She is also a writer, author, radio show host and entertainment personality.

Leticia Latrice has 10 years of experience in the business field and has worked for companies such as Wells Fargo, GE Capital, Capella University, Vanguard, AT&T, Cigna, and United Healthcare. She has also started multiple businesses of her own.
